Guam - All but the Democrat members of the Guam Election Commission board showed up to the GEC's offices in Hagatna this afternoon. Executive Director John Blas said, "The chairman just made an announcement that due to a lack of a quorum the Commission will not be meeting this afternoon until such time that a quorum can be established he will make a call of the GEC."

The GEC board was scheduled to continue discussion on the appointment of an Independent member as it was determined Robert Cruz's term had expired. There's no word, according to Blas, when the meeting will be rescheduled.
