Guam - Two men who were seen breaking into a car in Tamuning didn't get too far on their getaway moped. Guam Police Department Spokesperson Officer A.J. Balajadia says a witness told police they had seen the two men break into a car, shattering the windows and stealing a bag from inside the vehicle.

Police located 29-year-old Jonathan Blas Alberto and 49-year-old Jesse Meno Santos on charges of burglary of a vehicle, criminal mischief, theft of property, theft of a motor vehicle and resisting arrest.
