Guam - The transfer of Department of Correction warden Frank Crisostomo and Captain Joseph Lujan to the Department of Youth Affairs is a result of a request from the Guam Police Department. Last Friday acting DepCor director Lieutenant Antone Aguon confirmed that GPD's Government Corruption Task Force is currently investigating the prison's pilot program and the accountability of the funds.

Aguon says he didn't want any allegations of intimidation to surface during that investigation, telling KUAM News, "Right now, I don't have any reason to believe anybody's guilty of any wrongdoing, it's just that at the request of GPD that the warden and cap temporarily not be allowed to return to their previous position until this investigation is done, just to preserve the integrity of the investigation."

The warden and Captain Lujan were cleared of any wrongdoing in connection with the inmate-produced video Bad Boyz Gone Good and an inmate barbeque.  Warden Crisostomo remains on leave and filed a criminal complaint against the acting director alleging misconduct that Lt. Aguon denies.
