Guam - John Mafnas Quidachay faces two counts each of indecent exposure and harassment. Students at the all-girl Academy of Our Lady of Guam reported to their principal that Quidachay had approached them on separate occasions and exposed himself.  In one instance, he asked a girl if she'd seen anything weird as he exposed his genitals.

Police were able to track him down after the school custodian took down his license plate number.
