Guam - There's more drama out of the Guam Election Commission, as KUAM News has confirmed its request for proposal for office space was canceled. The General Services Agency received three bids, but according to acting director Anita Cruz, the GEC sent a letter stating they had insufficient funds.

The GEC has already been evicted from the GCIC Building, with its lease having expired on September 30. They are currently considered a holdover tenant.

According to GCIC attorney Ed Ching, a new lease with the Commission has not been signed.
