Guam - Steven Albertson is scheduled to change his plea to guilty today. He is charged with the murder of fellow inmate Arlen Feranco.  The two were serving life sentences in the Minimum Security Unit at the Department of Corrections. 

Albertson previously pleaded not guilty to killing Feranco, but is expected to change his plea in the Superior Court of Guam this afternoon.
