Guam - The Governor's Civilian Military Task Force's Subcommittee on Natural Resources will be meeting tomorrow. Now that the Record of Decision has been signed on the military buildup, the group is scheduled to discuss the parameters and management measures for the Department of Defense's Adaptive Program Management and Civilian-Military Coordination Council.

Tomorrow's meeting will be held at Adelup from 9-11 in the morning.
