Guam - Republican senator Telo Taitague introduced legislation that would authorize $1.5 million for the repair of village streets impacted by motorists to avoid traffic congestion as a result of road construction. Bill 474 will appropriate these funds from the Road and Pothole Repair Fund to repair, build and mitigate damages to alternative routes caused by ongoing road projects.
