Guam - Younex International Corporation has selected STX Construction Company to continue the emerald Oceanview luxury condominium project in Tamuning.  Work had stopped a few months ago when the Korean government ordered construction companies to close down or restructure their operations. 

Younex president and CEO Kil Koo Yoon noted that Hanil Engineering and Construction agreed to transfer the project to STX, which is expected to take 60 days.
