Guam - Two candidates failed to meet to file their Campaign Contribution and Expenditure Reports. All candidates whether they won or lost are required to file their paperwork with the Guam Election Commission. According to staff with the GEC, the two candidates that haven't filed are Republican senatorial candidate William Sarmiento and Democrat Robert Benavente.
Although Madeleine Bordallo and Joe San Agustin didn't file yesterday, they submitted their paperwork this morning.
In the meantime, the GEC's board of directors is scheduled to meet this afternoon during which they will discuss what to do with precinct officials who failed to report to work on the day of the Primary Election, also candidates will be drawing their numbers to determine ballot placement.
