Man gets life sentence for triple murder

Guam - Jose Latoza was sentenced to life imprison for the 2004 murder of three people at Kim's Fresh Vegetable Stand in Dededo.  Latoza reportedly shot and killed his girlfriend Kim Mai, her mother, and 17-year-old Mitson William at the vegetable stand.

He shot the three in the head with a rifle.

Latoza has been behind bars awaiting sentencing and has already served six years.  He will be eligible for parole in 14 years after completing 20 years incarceration.
