Oversight chair on education, Senator Vince Borja is slated to host a community education town hall on Thursday, February 19th, at John F. Kennedy High School.  The town hall comes on the heels of new leadership at the Guam Department of Education, with Borja saying in a statement that the town hall “will provide an important opportunity to continue open dialogue, share priorities, and strengthen accountability moving forward.”

The gathering aims to serve as an open forum for students, families, teachers, school administrators, and community members to share their concerns, experiences, and ideas related to public education.

The town hall is set for 6pm.
