Guam Young Professionals announces 2025 nominees for Reina A. Leddy Guam Young Professional of the Year

The Guam Young Professionals, a committee of the Guam Chamber of Commerce, announced the nominees for the 2025 Reina A. Leddy Guam Young Professional of the Year, spotlighting seven outstanding young professionals whose leadership, drive, and impact are helping shape the future of Guam.
Established in tribute to Reina A. Leddy, a respected leader who championed the development and advancement of Guam’s young workforce, the award celebrates individuals who demonstrate exceptional professional accomplishments, leadership excellence, and meaningful contributions to the island’s business community.
The 2025 nominees, listed in alphabetical order by last name, are:
- Tito Castro, EVP, Enterprise Business Unit, Docomo Pacific
- Kazzandra Edillor, AVP BSA/AML Support Manager, Bank of Guam
- Rocco Flores, AVP Business Development Manager, BankPacific
- Ryan Galindo, Business Development Officer, Bank of Guam
- Jehn Joiner, Account Executive, Matson
- Michaela Pangilinan, Business Development Officer, Title Guaranty
- Shelly Santos, Commercial Banking Officer, First Hawaiian Bank
The Reina A. Leddy Guam Young Professional of the Year will be recognized with a special award at the Guam Young Professionals Annual Event of the Year on Thursday, Feb. 12, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Guam.
