The Guam Department of Education is highlighting progress at M.U. Lujan Elementary School following its latest Public Health inspection. The school improved its score to 24-C, down from 28-C on the previous inspection, reflecting steps taken to strengthen sanitation and campus safety practices.

GDOE says school administrators are working closely with the Facilities and Maintenance Division to review the inspection report and address all identified items ahead of the next inspection cycle. Officials emphasize the school remains fully operational, with classes and student services continuing without interruption.

GDOE also thanked school staff and district partners for their continued efforts to maintain safe, healthy, and functional learning environments for students and staff.
