Science is Fun and Awesome Learning Academy Charter School (SIFA) confirmed that former teacher Lawrence B. Quinto has been terminated following his arrest for multiple sex crimes involving a 13-year-old girl. 

According to Guam Police and court documents, Quinto was charged with first-degree and second-degree criminal sexual conduct, electronic enticement of a child, and indecent electronic display to a child.

Investigators say he met the girl through the online game Roblox and admitted to sexual contact, including showing himself on video calls. Officers also found explicit images on his phone.

In a statement, SIFA said it “takes allegations of misconduct seriously” and is fully cooperating with law enforcement.“we will continue to pray for the victims and their families, and for Mr. Quinto and his family."
