Taxpayers are reminded that the extended deadline to file individual income tax returns for tax year 2024 is Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2025.

Guam taxpayers who requested the six-month extension from the April 15 deadline must submit their returns by tomorrow to file without penalties, and only applies for filing a return.

Taxpayers who filed for an extension but have yet to file or who owe additional taxes are urged to do so immediately by filing online at myguamtax.com or visiting the Department of Revenue and Taxation’s Income Tax Branch in person at their Barrigada location.

If payment is owed, they are encouraged to work with DRT’s Collection Branch to come into compliance. They can be reached at collection@revtax.guam.gov or at (671) 635-1865.

Tax returns should be completed in their entirety and signed by all taxpayers.

Signatures must be original signatures. All taxpayers must answer the question regarding digital assets, regardless of whether they file online or at DRT.

Failure to do so will result in a processing delay.
