The Guam Police Department is investigating the fatal stabbing of a male minor that occurred late Monday night.

Around 10:21pm, Dededo Precinct officers responded to reports of a stabbing in Yigo. The victim was being rushed by family but was intercepted on Route 9 where Guam Fire Department units took over.

He was transported to Guam Regional Medical City, where he was pronounced dead at 11:09pm.

GPD’s Criminal Investigation Division is handling the case, which remains open.
