Crowne Plaza Resort Guam is excited to celebrate its monthly event, Always Friday on Sept. 5, 2025, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. 

Guests can look forward to an evening filled with live entertainment, mouthwatering local barbecue plates, and a great lineup of local vendors.

Happening every first Friday of the month for all visitors and locals to enjoy.

This month’s Always Friday will feature a special teaser performance by Pau Hana, one of Guam’s most beloved island music groups, ahead of their highly anticipated concert at

Ypao Beach Park on Saturday, Sept. 6.

The event will highlight some of Guam’s most creative small businesses, including: Guam Pika Delights, MSKP, The Månnge Plug, Salty Swells, Hibiscus Guam, Palileo retail shoppe, and more. 

Everyone is invited to shop, discover unique local finds, and support homegrown talent.

The evening’s culinary highlight will be the Create Your Own BBQ Plate, featuring Guam favorites such as BBQ Chicken, BBQ Ribs, BBQ Short Ribs, and Tinala Katne:

  • $16 for two choices
  • $18 for three choices

All plates are served with red rice, chicken kelaguen, macaroni salad, finadene, and denanche.

Guests can also enjoy the exclusive Always Friday IPA, a collaboration between CrownevPlaza Resort Guam and Guam Brewery, available at the resort’s Infinity Bar.

Always Friday is a free monthly event and open to the community to come and savour and discover local finds.
