The man caught on camera installing skimming devices on local ATMs entered into a plea agreement with the government Friday morning.

Nicola Marinelli. 28, pleaded guilty to use of a scanning device as a third degree felony. The deal outlines two years incarceration with credit for time served and the remaining balance suspended.
