Guam - William San Nicolas, and Michael and Daniel Rosal were back in court, but will have to wait another three weeks to find out when they will go to trial. The three are accused of beating Cameron Masnayon earlier this year. Assistant attorney general David Rivera told the court Masnayon just started day treatment at rehab in California and will continue treatment for several weeks.
He says it may be another month before finding out when Masnayon will complete treatment and when he will head to Hawaii for more surgery. Judge Arthur Barcinas responded due to the victim's continued unavailability for trial, today's status hearing will be continued for October 26 at 2pm.
