Guam - District Court Judge Consuelo Marshall has allowed additional time for individuals to submit objections or comments to the federal management team's plan of action. The plan was approved by the court and outlines the steps the government must take to come into compliance with an amended permanent injunction.
The team of Dr. James Kiffer and Attorney James Casey has determined it will cost the government approximately $25 million to implement the plan of action. Objections and comments must be submitted by next Monday, with the parties to file responses to those by October 4.
