    Two teens are under arrest accused of stealing a car in Tumon over the weekend. Police say it happened at Ypao Beach Park on Sunday. Authorities were tipped off by a family member of the victim on Monday who saw the stolen car in Umatac.     10 cars burglarized in Yona

    Police are looking for the suspects involved in a rash of car burglaries in Yona. It happened in the Camp Witek area of the village between 9 pm on Sunday and 5am on Monday. Investigators say 10 cars had been burglarized. The suspects had rummaged through the vehicles. However, officers did not notice any damage indicating that the cars were left unlocked.
