Guam - The Guam Election Commission will be in federal court tomorrow. The agency as we reported violated federal law when it didn't send absentee ballots to uniformed and overseas voters 45 days prior to the election. As a result the U.S. Department of Justice took GEC to court.

Meanwhile, GEC's board meeting scheduled for tomorrow has been postponed until Thursday afternoon.
