Guam - The Solid Waste Management Division is rolling out its new Trash Cart Program for residents in the village of Mangilao, Tumon, Tamuning and Harmon. The division is holding a two-day registration first at the Mangilao Mayor's office on January 11 and January 12 between 1-8pm. Then again on January 14 and January 15 also between 1-8pm at the Tamuning Mayor's office.

Current customers who seek weekly residential trash service must signup. Those who can't make it to the registration events in the villages can visit the Solid Waste Division in Upper Tumon Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm, and on Saturday from 9am-1pm.
