Four apply to be new GMH administrator

A new era looms for Guam’s only public hospital. Four candidates have applied to become the next administrator of Guam Memorial Hospital — as longtime leader Lillian Perez-Posadas prepares to retire in January 2026.
GMH officials say the search committee — led by board chair Sharon Davis and HR administrator Jesse Quenga — is now vetting applications, with interviews and shortlisting expected over the next four months.
The hiring process follows a newly approved plan by Governor Lou Leon Guerrero to bring in new leadership at the top.
