A man is in custody facing multiple charges tied to a disturbing pattern of domestic abuse and threats of violence.

Brian Keith Turner was arrested late Tuesday evening following a walk-in complaint at the Dededo Precinct.

The woman who filed the report appeared visibly distressed and was accompanied by her two minor children. She told officers she feared for her life due to ongoing threats from Turner.

According to court documents, the woman described years of escalating abuse, from verbal and controlling behavior to a choking incident in 2023, and most recently, a physical assault at a Tumon Hotel in June.

She alleged Turner struck her in the face while she was holding their infant child.

She also provided screenshots of threatening text messages from Turner, including statements like “I’ll kill you,”  and “I’ll off you and say something nice at your funeral.”

Some messages suggested plans to return home “in a body bag” and contained threats toward others.

Turner is now facing charges including terrorizing as a third-degree felony, assault, family violence, and harassment.
