U.S. Coast Guard, partners conducts Multi-Agency Strike Force Operation at Port of Guam

The Port Authority of Guam’s security just got a major boost thanks to a multi-agency operation led by the U.S. Coast Guard.
From July 15 to July 16, local and federal partners came together for a Multi-Agency Strike Force Operation at the Port, enhancing security, enforcing safety standards, and strengthening collaboration.
The team inspected 95 containers, uncovered 13 violations, and identified two expired TWICs and one customs violation.
It was also a first for several agencies working alongside the Coast Guard, from Port Police to Army Counterintelligence.
Officials say the operation reflects a shared commitment to keeping Guam’s busiest trade hub safe, secure, and efficient.
