New $400K grant program launched for Family Preservation and Reunification

A new grant program aims to strengthen family support services on Guam, with up to $400,000 available for eligible applicants.
The Guam Economic Development Authority and Public Health’s Division of Children’s Wellness have launched the 2025 Family Preservation and Reunification Center Grant program.
The funds will support a respite day and night program for children and families receiving services from DPHSS.
Governor Lou Leon Guerrero called it an investment in keeping families strong, safe, and supported.
Grants can cover facility costs, PPE, health supplies, and childcare services. Applications open July 14 and close Aug. 1.
