Public Health announces Back-to-School Immunization Outreach requirements

The Department of Public Health and Social Services will be conducting a Back-to-School Immunization Outreach on Friday, July 25, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., or while supplies last, at the Micronesia Mall (line starting at the entrance next to Denny’s).
This event is for children aged 4 years to 18 years of age, who are enrolled in Medicaid, MIP, or have no Insurance. Routine childhood vaccinations will be offered, except for the Varicella (chickenpox) vaccine.
PPD skin tests will not be offered at this event, as it is not a vaccine.
The required documents needed to avail of the services are listed below:
- Child’s birth certificate
- Child’s current shot record
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent. If accompanied by another adult, legal documentation or written authorization from the parent is required.
- Parent, guardian, or authorized adult’s valid photo ID
