Jury convicts repeat meth offender

Roland Junior Juanillo Guzman — found guilty on all counts by a jury of his peers — after a hard-fought 8-day trial. The charges? Possession and intent to distribute meth, plus illegal firearm possession. And the sentence being sought? A maximum of 40 years behind bars.
This was no ordinary bust. Federal and local agencies teamed up — including the Guam Police Department, the DEA, and the Army National Guard — uncovering over 164 grams of meth and a loaded 9mm pistol.
Guzman’s rap sheet is long — from meth and assault to domestic violence. He’s dodged verdicts before. Not this time.
AG Doug Moylan’s message is loud and clear: Guam will not play the game of second chances with drug dealers. This administration is standing firm — protecting the law-abiding, and putting the rest behind bars.
