P.C. Lujan Elementary School has achieved a significant improvement in its public health inspection results, improving its grade from a 34/C to a 20/B.

“Our school community is ecstatic about the improved grade we received,” said Beth Perez, Principal of P.C. Lujan Elementary School. “This accomplishment could not have been achieved without the support of our past and present partnerships and the many hands and resources that came together for our school.”

Special appreciation is extended to the hardworking Satellite staff and the P.C. Lujan Elementary School site team for their daily efforts in maintaining a safe and welcoming campus.

The school also recognizes the Guam Department of Education’s Facilities and Maintenance Division and the Haya District Team for their continued diligence in campus improvements.

P.C. Lujan Elementary gives a heartfelt thank you to the Members Church of God International volunteers for their commitment and hard work in replacing all the school’s awnings, an enhancement that has greatly improved the learning environment.

The school also acknowledges key contributors from last year whose efforts laid the foundation for this success, including the Contractor’s License Board, Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority, Mariana Regional Fusion Center, and Pacific Federal Management.

Additionally, sincere thanks are extended to the Satellite stakeholders, Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO), Barrigada Mayor and Vice Mayor, Barrigada Mayor’s Office staff, faculty, family, friends, parents, summer youth employees, and military partners who have all donated time and resources in support of P.C. Lujan Elementary’s mission.

“This achievement is more than just a grade—it’s a reflection of the power of community and collective dedication to our students’ success,” Ms. Perez added. “We are grateful to everyone who helped our Satellites soar.”
