For the second time in six months, 31-year-old Jathon John Lizama San Nicolas is back behind bars, again accused of fleeing police on a motorcycle.

This time, officers say the early-morning chase ended with more than just a high-speed getaway. When they finally caught up to San Nicolas in Yigo, police say they found meth, a glass pipe, a stolen gun and the motorcycle he ditched? Also stolen.

The loaded pistol tucked in his waistband had been reported stolen during a home burglary last July.

San Nicolas now faces a long list of charges, including drug possession, theft, firearms violations, resisting arrest, and reckless driving.

It's not his first run-in with the law. Back in December, he allegedly led police on a similar chase through Tamuning. And earlier this year, he was charged in two separate aggravated assaults and a child abuse case.

If convicted on the latest charges, San Nicolas could face 22 years in prison.
