The Government of Guam and Guam Memorial Hospital have renewed their partnership with St. Luke’s Medical Center in the Philippines, expanding access to off-island medical care for local residents.

At a signing ceremony, Acting Governor Josh Tenorio emphasized the ongoing need for specialized care not available on the island. 

The updated agreements strengthen medical referral pathways and clinical collaboration, helping patients supported by public health funding receive expert treatment in Manila.

St. Luke’s officials say the partnership is built on compassion, trust, and continuity of care, values shared by both medical systems. 

The renewed MOUs mark another step in Guam’s long-standing healthcare relationship with the Philippines.
