A portion of Sånta Rita-Sumai will experience a scheduled outage next week as the Guam Power Authority conducts preventative maintenance.

GPA announced an outage for Tuesday, May 27 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Customers along Ignacio A. Cruz Drive, Felix T. Dydasco Drive, J Kindo Avenue, and other surrounding areas will be affected for six hours.

In addition, two 30-minute interruptions will impact all customers. The first interruption will occur from 9 to 9:30 a.m., and the second from 2:30 to 3 p.m.

GPA says the outage is necessary for crews to complete work safely and thanks customers for their patience.
