A traffic stop on a car with unsecured passengers finds two women with methamphetamine. 

Court documents state Ashley Rae Babauta Flores, the driver, and Adamie Rose Cepeda, a passenger, were not wearing their seatbelts. Additionally, a five-year-old was noted not to be fastened in a booster or car seat 

During the following traffic stop, Flores allegedly admitted to driving with no drivers license and there being a meth pipe in the backseat. 

A sharpie marker stuffed with baggies of meth were also found in Cepeda’s bra. Four more meth pipes were found in a separate bag.

Cepeda is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance as a third-degree felony and riding in a motor vehicle without a seatbelt as a violation. 

Flores is charged twice with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and child abuse as third-degree felonies and operation of a motor vehicle without a valid operator’s license as a violation.
