A traffic stop conducted on a car without any visible current registration tags finds two women allegedly with drugs.

Twenty-nine-year-old Ashley Marie Guerrero Aguero and 34-year-old Ladiana S. Tudela are each charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance as third-degree felonies.

Court documents state, a silver Nissan Sentra was pulled over when Guam Police officers noted no current registration tags were visible.

When officers spoke with the driver and passenger, Tudela told police there was a meth pipe that allegedly belonged to Aguero’s sister. It was noted by Tudela that her fingerprints could potentially be on the pipe.

A black case in the glove compartment was found along with a baggie containing a brown crystallized substance suspected to be meth.

Aguero claims she was supposed to drop it off to her sister and that she was the one who placed it in the glove box.

The substances were tested for meth and yielded presumptive positive results.
