Police Chief Stephen Ignacio talked with KUAM News just moments prior to the annual Police Officer's Memorial Day ceremony as part of Police Week activities. Downtown in Hagatna, a solemn ceremony was held and attended by scores of family, fellow officers and civic leaders to honor those who paid the ultimate price while upholding their oath to protect and serve.
