Disgraced Guam radio executive Evan Montvel-Cohen is back on Guam.

As you may recall, he was convicted in a scam involving more than a million dollars.

Montvel-Cohen will learn his new fate in federal court this week after winning his fight before the U.S. Court of Appeals back in March.

A resentencing hearing is set for Wednesday.

As KUAM reported, Montvel-Cohen was serving a nearly 7-year sentence in a Kentucky federal prison.

He was convicted of bank fraud and use of means of identification in furtherance of fraud.

The feds learned Montvel-Cohen conned a man looking for work on Guam, and used someone else’s identity to rent a home in Tamuning and never paid rent.
