He allegedly got a foster child pregnant and was on the run from Guam police with a teen and her nine-month-old baby before being captured.

Appearing before Magistrate Judge Benjamin Sison Tuesday afternoon was thirty-five-year-old Shane Borja who is charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, theft of property, and second-degree custodial interference.

Filling in for Borja's attorney Joshua Walsh was Atty. Edwin Torres who informed the judge that they aren't able to proceed because they just received appointment documents early Tuesday morning.

Attorneys have yet to meet with Borja to discuss his arraignment, requesting a short continuance. Arraignment was scheduled for May 21 at 2 p.m.
