So Today - April 15th  is the deadline to file your taxes and if you haven’t do so yet… it may be time to file an extension.

You’ll need to download form 4868, complete the form and be sure to get it to The Dept of Rev and Tax today!  Keep you stamped record of your extension for your records and you’ll have until October 15, 2024 to file.

Remember this is not an extension of payment, so if you have estimated tax payments, even if you file an extension, you’ll need to pay to avoid interest and penalties.

Some penalties you may incur for not filing on time include Late Filing Penalties, Late Payment Penalties and Underpayment Penalties.
