A manhunt is underway for two suspects wanted in connection to a kidnapping reported Saturday afternoon.

Guam police are searching for 25-year-olds Noah Cepeda and Aja Lujan.

The couple was last seen at the Barrigada tri-intersection along Route 10 heading towards Mangilao.

They were driving a 2018 gray Toyota Corolla, license plate BR5494.

The victim told police a man approached him in the Mongmong-Toto-Maite area around 12:15 pm and coerced him into the car.

Authorities said the suspect was armed with a gun and had restrained the victim.

The victim was able to escape after the car stopped at a gas station in Barrigada.

Police said he got the attention of an on-duty police officer.

The pair fled the scene.

The victim was not injured.

“The Guam Police Department's Criminal Investigation Detectives have taken over the

case and are actively pursuing all leads,” said GPD spokesperson officer Berlyn Savella. “Both Cepeda and Lujan are considered transients and have not been located at the residences of any family members or acquaintances.”

GPD urges anyone with information regarding their whereabouts to call at 671-475-8615 through 8617.
