An ice dealer is sentenced to spend more than half a decade in federal prison.

Jacob Vance Manibusan, also known as Kadi, was sentenced to 70 months before Senior Judge John Coughner in the District Court of Guam today.

He pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute five grams or more of methamphetamine hydrochloride.

As KUAM reported, the investigation dates back to November 2020 when a confidential source working with the feds told them about Manibusan’s drug business and that he was selling out of a hotel in Tumon.

The source continuously met with Manibusan and his then partner, Annalyn Tenorio to buy the drugs.

Tenorio has since taken a plea deal, admitting to her part in the case.
