A man is under arrest accused in a burglary reported in Chalan Pago Thursday night.

37-year-old Kelly Michael Cepeda is charged with burglary and theft.

Court documents state the victim returned home to find canned food scattered by the entrance before noticing multiple items had been taken.

The suspect allegedly taking off with $200 in groceries, shoes, two backpacks and a jewelry box.

The victim allegedly told police the suspect previously asked her for items that he could use to swap out for drugs.
