A twice-convicted sex offender admits he had sexually explicit photos of children on his cell phone.

Jason Solatario Brown pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography in the District Court of Guam today.

The 48-year-old admitted he had more than two dozen videos of children engaged in sexual activity.

The FBI investigated him back in 2020.

According to the sex offender registry, Brown was convicted in 2001 and 2006 of criminal sexual conduct. The victims were 5 and 14-years old.

Sentencing is set for April 4.
