The Department of Public Health and Social Services announces the launch of the mybenefits.guam.gov web portal.

This web portal will allow for beneficiaries of the supplemental nutrition assistance program or SNAP, Medicaid, cash assistance, and the medically indigent program to access information regarding their case without having to call or go to any of the three DPHSSs satellites.

Officials say the client portal serves as a convenient way for beneficiaries to learn more information about the program they are under, such as their case notices, benefits amount, when their benefits expire, their next appointment date as well as their caseworker’s contact information.

To register, you must be an existing client and head of the household with an ID number and a valid email address.
