Partial power to Harmon apartment causing frustration among tenants

Growing frustrations over unstable power across the island continue as it's affecting tenants at Harmon Gardens with issues coming as the days go on.
Despite the complex having been running on island power for the past couple of weeks now, residents there report lingering issues like air conditioners, stoves, and almost all the outlets in the buildings are not working. They also shared concerns about leaks and electrical hazards.
Andrew Wilkinson, manager of Ellen’s Realty told KUAM that one huge issue is that the building's power isn't at 100 percent.
"One huge issue is that our power isn't fully back yet," he said. "I believe we have two GPA lines coming into our apartments, but only one of them is currently working. Which is why as the building is only partially powered. We've contracted an electrician, we had him come over and confirm this. So that's one of the reasons why a lot of people's AC's and refrigerators or like big appliances are not working. Sometimes it's like one of them is working and the other one is not. But this is purely due to the lack of voltage from GPA. We've been calling them almost every day just trying to get this restored, but haven't had any luck so far."
It’s not just at the apartment, Wilkinson also noted that Ellen’s Realty's office in Tamuning also doesn’t have power and is running on a generator.
In the meantime, he says they currently have at least two to three people, including the property managers doing repairs on site every day since the typhoon, prioritizing people with safety and health hazards.
He added that tenants have been informed about their work order process.
We are told, so far, the maintenance team has addressed all broken windows and door issues and are making repairs as they’re being reported by the tenants.
Wilkinson added that all the tenants have the property manager's phone number in case of emergency.
KUAM has reached out to Guam Power Authority and they said they’re looking into the matter.
