Guam Memorial Hospital Authority has resumed visitations following a temporary suspension made last Wednesday.

On Monday, the hospital announced its network had been breached on March 2, prompting them to alert the FBI and Guam Homeland Security.

A person has been identified in the breach. GMHA stated no employee or patient information had been compromised.

GMHA initially announced the suspension was due to hospital-wide network and systems maintenance and upgrades. Visitations, however, were temporarily suspended to ensure appropriate dedication of resources, according to a release.

While visitations have resumed, GMHA did not mention whether the network taken down has been restored.
