The prevailing wages for the CNMI expire in June.

The Department of Commerce encourages all businesses, public agencies, and organizations to participate in the next prevailing wage study, which spans March 1 to March 15.

The survey is online at cnmidata.commerce.gov.mp.

The 2018 CNMI U.S. Workforce Act requires the commonwealth to publish the report annually for CW1 visa termination.

This is the fifth annual survey since 2019, which helps determine the wage for some occupations.
