Halloween night robber arrested

There's a break in the case involving several people who robbed a Toto store for beer this past Halloween. 

18-year-old R-Jay Nick is arrested, facing a third degree robbery charge after he was identified as one of the culprits. 

Court documents state two people including a minor and Nick have been identified so far. The minor told police Nick tried to walk out with the beer in hand when he got into a struggle with an employee trying to stop him. That incident was caught on tape.
