Ex-Guam customs lieutenant Henry Alvendia is back in prison.

Prison records show he was picked up on a warrant today in connection to the illegal drugs and gun case he has against him in Superior Court.

Details of the warrant have not yet been made public.

Alvendia was on supervised release for his federal case when he was arrested last December and allegedly caught with meth and guns he wasn’t allowed to possess.

Trial is set for Nov. 20 before presiding judge Alberto Lamorena.

The former customs officer had previously served a year in federal prison for accepting bribes in exchange for kickbacks. He also helped the feds investigate the smuggling of eight pounds of meth into the island.
